Organize an academic conference for residents and orthopedic residents to understand spinal surgery and to practice their expertise, learn various techniques, and apply the knowledge gained to benefit patients.

Interhospital Spine Fellows
Joint training from different institutions and regions to teach spinal surgery and to train expertise in spinal treatment.
